Using krawlup

krawlup is an agent-native growth and revenue-first analytics platform for founders. You may browse the public directory and site reports without an account, but adding, claiming, or managing products requires sign-in.

Accounts

• You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in methods secure.
• You must provide accurate information and only use accounts or identities you are authorized to use.
• We may limit, suspend, or remove accounts that abuse the service, spam, or violate these terms.

Products and moderation

• You may add only products you own, operate, or are authorized to represent.
• New products are added as private. Publishing to the public directory is instant, but everything on krawlup remains subject to moderation.
• If your product already exists on krawlup and is claimed by another founder, you must claim it first before managing it.
• We may hide, edit, or remove any product at our discretion, including for misleading claims, low-quality pages, illegal content, harmful products, duplicates, unavailable websites, intellectual-property issues, or abuse.
• We may require a visible krawlup badge on your website as a moderation signal. Badge checks do not grant or guarantee any placement or link status.

Publishing and visibility

• Products are private until you publish them with the visibility toggle in your dashboard (or through your connected AI agent).
• Publishing to the public directory is part of the paid plans — it requires an active paid subscription and is not available on a cardless trial.
• Unpublishing is always allowed on any plan, and already-public products are never unlisted by a plan change.

Ad slot bookings

• All ad slot bookings require admin approval before going live.
• If your booking is not approved, you will receive a full refund minus payment gateway fees and taxes.
• One active booking per slot — additional bookings join the queue.
• Cancel anytime while queued for a refund minus tax. No refund once the ad is active.

Prohibited content

The following types of content are not allowed on krawlup:

• Adult, pornographic, or sexually explicit content
• Alcohol, tobacco, or drug-related products
• Gambling, betting, or casino websites
• Cryptocurrency, Web3, NFT, or DeFi projects
• Multi-level marketing (MLM) or pyramid schemes
• Interest-based lending or credit services (riba)
• Dating or relationship websites
• Fortune-telling, astrology, or divination services
• Music, movie, or video streaming platforms
• Weapons, violence, or hateful content
• Any content that violates Islamic principles

Your content

You keep ownership of product content you submit. By submitting content, you give krawlup a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, copy, display, distribute, resize, format, promote, and use that content in product pages, digest emails, social posts, admin tools, search, and related platform features.

Payments

• Payments are processed by Polar (merchant of record). We do not store your card details.
• Ad slot bookings and hero spotlight placements are one-time purchases and are governed by the sections below.

Subscriptions and billing

• Without a subscription your account runs on the free baseline: product pages, tracking and the free scanner stay available, but the growth tooling and directory publishing require a paid plan. We may change baseline limits — updated limits apply when your subscription record is refreshed.
• Paid plans are recurring subscriptions, billed through Polar at the price shown at checkout — monthly, or yearly (1 month free). Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel. New subscribers can start a cardless 7-day free trial; one trial per founder.
• You can cancel any time from the billing page. Cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the current billing period — your plan stays active until then.
• Cancelling does not delete your products, insights, or account: when a paid period ends, analytics collection, automated scans and manual scans stop; for 3 days after the renewal date everything keeps working (the renewal-failure grace window), then your dashboards lock — history is retained and resumes if you resubscribe. Paid facilities (directory publishing, AI runs, manual re-checks) stop with the grace window.
• We do not pro-rate refunds for partial billing periods unless we state otherwise at checkout or are required to by law.
• Plan limits (directory publishing, automated scan frequency, manual re-checks, AI fix limits) are set per plan and shown on the pricing page and in your billing dashboard. If a payment fails, Polar may retry it; if a billing period lapses without successful payment, the account falls back to the same locked state (publishing to the directory requires a paid plan).

Backlink

Public products link to the founder's website. The link is dofollow while the founder holds an active paid subscription; on free accounts and cardless trials it is nofollow. We make no search-engine-ranking promises about any link between your site and krawlup.

Website analytics

Founders may install the krawlup analytics tag on their own websites (directly or through an AI agent connected via MCP) to collect first-party traffic data: visitors, sessions, pageviews, pages, referrers, countries, devices and optional conversion events. The tag sets two small first-party cookies on the founder's own domain (_klp_id, 12 months; _klp_s/_klp_sid, 30 minutes) after the visitor accepts the consent bar; declined or blocked storage falls back to cookie-free counting with day-level accuracy. krawlup never stores raw IP addresses, never sells analytics data, and never uses it for advertising. Analytics events are retained for 180 days. The website analytics facilities are plan features; which facilities are active depends on the founder's plan.

Site insights

Listed products receive automated site insights — page speed and SEO scores from Google PageSpeed Insights (Lighthouse lab data), an Open Page Rank score, and security and trust checks (HTTPS, TLS certificate, security headers, Google Safe Browsing status, Open Graph tags). Automated scans run on the schedule of the founder's plan (currently twice a month on Free and about weekly on Pro; subject to change). Founders can also trigger manual page speed re-checks on demand, limited per plan (a per-product daily limit and a monthly total per founder), because every run consumes third-party quota. Public site reports for any website are available without an account and are rate limited; they show a limited subset of data. Founders may also receive a weekly performance digest email for their listed products. Insights are experimental and provided as is: the data comes from third parties, may be inaccurate or unavailable, does not affect your product's score, and may change, become a paid feature, or be discontinued at any time.

Refunds

If a payment is refunded or disputed, we may revoke paid status, remove paid placements, hide or remove the product, and keep transaction records needed for support, fraud prevention, accounting, and legal compliance.

No warranties

The service is provided as is and as available. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, specific visibility, search visibility, sales, leads, revenue, uptime, or compatibility with every product page or browser.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, krawlup will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, lost opportunities, or business interruption.

Changes and termination

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, pricing, plans, moderation rules, or these terms. We may remove content or terminate access when needed to protect users, the platform, or legal compliance.
